We started with an existing 1,650 sqft 3/2 original condition house built in 1954. We have added a 420 SF ADU (Granny Cottage) as well as a 776 sqft master suite addition bringing it to about 2,800 sqft and ending up with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ADU with bath and kitchen, vaulted ceilings and all modern amenities.
The work included extending the roof gables, vaulting the ceilings, replacing the roof, all new plumbing and electrical in the addition space, fully renovating and increasing the size of the kitchen, adding new windows, extending the deck, and building a succulent wall and vegetable gardens
